Abstract
The Jerusalem College of Technology (JCT) is a multi-campus institution, where the basic course syllabi are identical in every campus. Standard studies at JCT require both synchronous and asynchronous learning and teaching. An original management structure was established for the courses in Mathematics for Engineering,, involving features from traditional on-campus learning and features from distributed learning. We describe and discuss this structure and the management of two kinds of websites, either world open or with restricted access and their contribution to teaching efficiency and to students' better learning skills.
