Abstract

Paper-based Daifuku-cho is an A4 sized shuttle card used in the classroom. On the card there are 14 comment fields in which the student writes and 14 comment fields in which the teacher replies to them. We have used Daifuku-cho in classes for future teachers and K-12 learners in order to gather ongoing feedback information about the class from learners and to promote communication between the students and the teacher. In addition, we have developed an electronic Daifuku-cho so that learners can write their comments on the web and read the comments from the teachers and their classmates. By using e-Daifuku-cho they can communicate ideas concerning what and how they learn in the class.
