Abstract
This session is designed to provide information focusing on the use of internet-based desktop videoconferencing, in combination with multimedia modules, to provide distance education program for rural, bilingual educational diagnosticians along the Texas/Mexico border. Set-up details and developmental problems/successes as well as data on the efficacy of multimedia modules will be shared.
