Abstract

This presentation will provide detailed information about the structure of an internship experience and the roles and responsibilities of the university faculty, the students, and the site mentors in an online Educational Leadership Program at one state university. The presentation will include the demonstration of an electronic portfolio utilized to document the course embedded field experiences that comprise internship activities for students in Educational Leadership programs. Examples of the activities and the method in which they are assessed in the courses and then documented in a portfolio will be discussed.
