Alfabetizacin meditica a travs de la fotografa y la participacin. Una aproximacin conceptual

Abstract
Estamos viviendo procesos de masificacin social que oprimen nuestra identidad y nuestra especificidad como grupo humano. Sin embargo existen herramientas, cada vez ms presentes, entre investigadores, educadores y otros profesionales, capaces de contribuir a elaborar interpretaciones y crear conocimiento desarrollando una perspectiva comunicativa participativa. Este artculo analiza cmo, a travs de la interaccin social y los procesos dialgicos generados a travs de workshops de fotografa participativa, pueden impulsar la comunicacin y el aprendizaje a travs del dilogo y la prctica creativa, as como contribuir a la alfabetizacin meditica. Como todas las experiencias creativas de este tipo, no es solo un espacio para compartir productos, trabajos, tcnicas o consejos, sino tambin un espacio para la interaccin social y la comunicacin. Los educadores del mbito de la alfabetizacin en los medios pueden encontrar en estas iniciativas retos y oportunidades sin precedentes para aprovechar el volumen de conocimiento de los adolescentes y promover el aprendizaje.
