Abstract
New e-Learning paradigms, e.g. labeled as e-Pedagogy come to the fore, filling some gaps of former concepts which neglected 'the human factor' in learning systems. However, the application of new pedagogical concepts in e-Learning make the assumption that heterogeneous e-Learning Systems can be developed. While the use of e-Learning Systems becomes an everyday occurrence on many fields, the methodology of their development and construction is still vague. We suggest some approaches, methods and tools, compatible with the new paradigm.
