Abstract

This paper presents EduKBr Portal, an educational, thematic portal on the Brazilian World-Wide Web. EduKBr Portal is segmented in sites that present projects, activities and services based on users day-by-day lives, multicultural aspects, and different school subjects. This educational portal is structured in order to achieve quality educational activities and content, to facilitate the access to and use of technology, to provide a democratic access to documents and contents, and maintain a motivating, attractive, ludic and safe place on the Brazilian Web.
