E-Learning has been viewed as technology enhanced and delivered learning in Australia for many years. By extracting the best of the traditional classroom experience and technological infrastructure we could lead to an integrated learning called Blended Learning. Education have became globally accessible; the Blended Learning now needs number of enhanced collaboration features in terms of pedagogical instructions that sets it apart from those existing e-Learning opportunities. This paper explores some of the educational issues underpinning the possible uses of CeNTIE's high broadband network and Telecollaboration software being under development at UTS on an exploratory basis. This paper argues that the e-Learning in the Australian higher education sector is best conceptualized as a collaborative process with educational outcome measurement and the technology (media) does influence the learning provided the participants create their confidence in the use of underlying technology.
