Abstract
Modern eLearning environments address almost every need with respect to functionality and technology requirements and new books on ''how to design and implement'' eLearning environments are published now and then. In spite of that - little or no valuable support and information is given on ''how to seamlessly integrate'' eLearning into existing traditional teaching and learning concepts and respecting customer-defined invariants. The purpose of this paper is to introduce "Assured eLearning Integration (AeI)", a standardised concept which supports developers of eLearning environments to identify successful cornerstones of existing teaching activities and supplement them with eLearning in an optimal and very individual way. The introduction of this light-weight approach to eLearning is visualized by a real-world example.
