Abstract
DEEEP as a professional development (PD) program is a Web-based educational and information system embracing various aspects of ESL teachers' PD and teaching practices. It provides online support for the face-to-face group instruction as well as for the individual learning. The structure and underlying principles of this system are presented here that call for its continuous evolvement.
