Abstract
This paper describes a collaborative approach to help college of education faculty integrate technology into their teacher education courses. In order to increase the modeling of technology within these courses, a mentoring program was created which matched graduate students in instructional technology with interested faculty members. This paper reports from the mentor's perspectives the factors that made this innovative approach successful.
