Abstract

In the state of Florida, a web database has been developed to keep school districts and other agencies updated about available resources for staff development in instructional technology. This paper provides an overview of the need for the database, and its development and deployment. Florida Council of Instructional Technology Leaders (FCITL) developed a centralized statewide technology training resource database. The database is a repository of resources contributed by districts to share with the goal of improving the teaching skills of all Florida educators, and ultimately impacting the learning of all children.
