Abstract

This study investigates how individual differences in epistemic styles, learning styles, and personality types, impact upon the quality of student learning outcomes. The study will also examine whether there are differences in face-to-face, synchronous (real-time) E-Learning, or in asynchronous (time-delayed) E-Learning groups. By examining these variables, E-Learning can be designed and implemented effectively and this maximises student performance.
