Abstract
This study diagnoses the contents evaluation that is operated in the department of labor for managing the quality assurance of the corporate e-learning in multiple ways, analyzes the present conditions and problems and then suggests the new contents evaluation system for improvement. To do this, we analyze the related literatures and documents in detail, carry out the task force of the e-learning field and take opinions and ideas. The corporate e-learning solutions for contents evaluation system as a result of this study would realize appropriate characteristics of e-learning for corporate training, and contribute to improve the quality of corporate e-learning reflecting the changeable e-learning environment and needs of up-to-date education.
