Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to examine the development of a blended graduate program serving education practitioner. A program requiring minimal on-campus or other face-to-face meeting time, delivered via the Moodle learning management system and the Elluminate e-learning/collaboration system, is explored in order to to provide attendees with a detailed understanding of the opportunities and challenges that accompany the development, implementation, and evaluation of an online graduate program at a postsecondary institution.
