Abstract

This paper seeks to provide an insight into different stakeholders’ points of view about e-accessibility in the Austrian university context and analyses probable reasons why e-accessibility is still not a matter of course in Austria. This work has been done in the framework of the EU4ALL project. It presents the results of a multi-methodological investigation that included desk research, online surveys, interviews and focus groups addressing all relevant stakeholders such as students with disabilities, educational staff or content producers, to name but a few.
