In legal teaching sample cases to be solved by learners and corrected by teachers are an important learning method. But with increasing ratio of learners per teacher, correcting them becomes difficult. Additionally they are not very well suited for individual learning, as they are complex to create and therefore limited in number and identical for all learners. The project presented here has developed a case generator for a small, but practically important, legal area. Through a web interface the cases will be generated on demand and presented to learners, which can then in a first step match their own solution to an, also automatically constructed, exemplary solution. In a second step collaborative aspects will be introduced like discussions on the cases and their solutions, as well as correction of the cases by other learners.
