Abstract
Within the Austrian network of universities in eLearning, called FNM-Austria, nine Austrian universities of applied sciences developed in a cooperative way components for their individual eLearning-strategies, powered by the ministry of education in Austria. Five topics – i.e. connectivity of learning and administration systems in their organizations, credit system for content sharing, training of the eLearning-professors, gender mainstreaming in eLearning and students support for learning technologies at their study entrance – were developed together and implemented during two years. One of the main benefits of the project is the sub-network of universities to maintain their efforts in eLearning. In the talk we present our lessons learned how to handle an eLearning project among several members of 9 partner organizations together with the specific communication concept behind. The FH-Cluster-participants are: FH Kufstein, FH Vorarlberg, FH Technikum Kärnten, FH Joanneum, FH Wiener Neustadt, FH Technikum Wien, FH Campus Wien, FH bfi Wien, FH St. Pölten
