Abstract
Most adult learners are striving to balance the life between working, studying and taking care of their families, yet they are expected to acquire new knowledge for courses they take. How can one design a course that encourage adult learners learn while accommodate their life situations? This paper explains how adult learners can participate, contribute to, and learn from an online learning community.
