Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to report on the findings of a study conducted on integrating technology within a teacher education program. Pre-service teachers, at times, lack experience and understanding of how to integrate technology within a school setting. They may understand the personal use of technology; however, it may be a struggle to create a technology rich environment for all of their students. Because of this challenge, this study examines the incorporation of school simulations to create"learning by design" for pre-service teachers.
