Abstract

This roundtable discussion will focus on the development of an innovative leadership preparation program as well as outline the four unique aspects of candidate preparation, all of which utilize technology to support implementation: the Leadership Academy; the Leadership Portfolio; the Online Leadership Network; and the Mentoring and Internship experiences. Both qualitative and quantitative data will be provided to document the evolution of the program, with specific attention given to successes and challenges since its inception in January 2005.
