Abstract
Embracing the expanding use of the Internet and leveraging existing technologies, a four bi-national university partnership exchanged faculty and students, integrating technology and multiculturalism into the classroom. This paper reports on research on the faculty coordinating and teaching in the project. Using thematic and narrative analysis, the research examines participant concepts of project success as well as methods of working communication and overall planning. Findings include varying participant definitions of project success. Recommendations suggest considerations others may use in planning similar cultural outreach programs which may not require faculty and student exchange.
