Abstract
This research aimed to investigate the current state of in-service training of teachers in Japan and support in-service teacher education with regards to classroom teaching techniques to be implemented in elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools. The training program which utilized digital contents is positioned within the mobile study system. Contents were developed in consideration of the following points (1) It can be used "Anytime and anywhere". (2) Contents are modulated, and one content is assumed to take the attention span of a few minutes. (3) Contents concerning the class techniques are consolidated. (4) Anyone can practice these class techniques. In addition, the method of evaluating this system was examined.
