Abstract
This study is to investigate relationship between stress and learning performance of employees in a telecommunication company in web-based training environment. Based on a conceptual model proposed by LePine et al. (2004) that explored relationship between stress and performance and factors that influence learning performance, this paper is designed to test the conceptual model and examine the relationship between the two forms of stress, challenge and hindrance stress, and learning performance of trainees in WBT training environment.
