Abstract
As the digital learning material through the Internet increases, it becomes crucial to support teachers and help them to select and use them efficiently. Educational portal sites have been a powerful way for teachers to choose materials by providing materials with or without lesson plans, or by providing a means of discussion(e.g. a discussion forum, and BBS), about how to use the materials. Moreover evaluation of materials is thought to be more important and some portal sites provide evaluations of the materials.
