Abstract
In Brasil we live two situations needing change: The first one relates to help our public school local teacher with rich mathematical content that can help them improve their classes and the quality of students they teach; the other is a big opening of a quality learning environment related to science and technological education aimed at the socially excluded part of the society. We believe the global teacher project is a fist step towards this goal.
