Abstract
This paper first introduces the pedagogical use of project-based learning in a web environment for university teaching, and provides a brief literature review on project-based learning and collaborative learning with web application. It then illustrates the instructional design of web-based environment based on the pedagogical approach of project-based learning. Furthermore, it discusses the importance of applying classroom management in web environment and proposes skills and strategies of web classroom management for teachers to improve their teaching and design in web-based learning.
