Abstract
We have developed and are currently implementing a web based application to support the training needs that arose from the changes in teachers' new roles and practices. This tool, built around a web application, strategically uses a collection of videos to help teachers translate in-service or pre-service training into new classroom practices. Flexibility characterizes this tool, allowing trainers to evolve in different contexts. This tool allows teacher trainers to build online specific training scenarios based on multiple templates, listening guides and teachers' forum. It also offers coherent strategies regarding the new pedagogical approaches expected in the new curriculum
