Abstract
This presentation will discuss and demonstrate web-based multimedia tutorials that were developed to teach web design in an upper-level information science course at the University at Albany, SUNY. The tutorials were produced using the program Camtasia Studio and provided students with step-by-step instructional materials on how to use such programs as Dreamweaver MX, Adobe Photoshop, HTML-Kit. Students also learned how to upload files and develop web pages with HTML, XHTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
