Abstract
The process of technology integration in the elementary schools can be described as a dramatic endeavor, made up of various players and scenery changes, all acted upon through the work of various writers and directors and culminating in an outcome which changes with each performance over time. This study looks deeply at one of those ensemble casts and tells the story of technology integration through the perspective of the technology coordinator. By using this lens to view the change process, the results of this study provide information on the process of technology integration within the elementary school environment and the role of the technology coordinator as a change agent within the process.
