Abstract
This paper focused on gender imbalance in the computer science field. Comparisons between genders are considered for high school, university and after graduation in computer science disciplines. Why are so few females in computer science? What are the difficulties encountered by females? What is wrong in the education system if it fails to produce a balance between the number of males and females? Some researchers approach the problem from a feminist point of view. However, the focus on this paper will be a curricular approach. This will entail the design model for both genders that will help to establish good results in computer science achievement. In addition, the paper will describe some ideas and models of interaction that leads to successful computer science achievements.
