Abstract
The Florida Center for Instructional Technology (FCIT) is located in the College of Education, University of South Florida, at Tampa, Florida. The Florida Department of Education funds FCIT, Office of Educational Technology and the Florida Information Resource Network, to provide leadership and support services to educational institutions with regard to the integration of technology in education. A primary focus of FCIT is the development of instructional materials and databases for telecommunications. The faculty members and graduate students in the USF Instructional Technology program contribute to many of the products created by FCIT.
