Abstract
As computers becomes more prevalent in the field of education, educators are obligated to plan and provide for classroom of computer technology. The combination of media and technology offer the possibility of developping a computerized virtual learning model. This paper describes a framework to develop Web-based instruction models (WBI) to help the teacher to deliver course materials on site and at remote. This WBI prototype will help the learners grasp a rich learning content and provide opportunities to do some collaborative work.
