Abstract
This paper provides a description of the design and development of an online instructional technology class for administrators and instructional technology leaders to enhance their knowledge and integration skills. It also provides the findings of a study on students' perceptions of the impact of the course and their professional development, use and value of class interaction activities, and value of the course content. Conclusions and future directions are provided.
