Abstract

There is limited, if any research available demonstrating superintendents' perceptions of educational technology relative to Technology Standards for School Administrators (TSSA). The purpose of this paper is to examine superintendents' perceptions of leadership roles pertaining to educational technology with TSSA serving as a basis of configuration. Results from this study will aid superintendents, principals, local school boards, and state departments of education in the development and implementation of technology related leadership strategies that address current technology leadership deficiencies, while improving effective technology leadership skills currently being employed.
