Abstract

Abstract: From recent research, it is evident that measuring ROI in E-Learning is one of least studied areas in this field, despite the increased need for providing specific guideline for measuring ROI in E-Learning. This paper presents the specific criteria and data collection methods in E-Learning ROI. Through well-developed measurement methods for calculating ROI, we expect to give practical knowledge and skills when practitioners want to measure ROI in E-Learning.
