Abstract
Abstract: Successful approaches to learning in an online class are developed from the perspective of classic organizational behavior principles, including psychology, sociology, social psychology, anthropology, capacity, volatility, complexity, power, leadership, politics, motivation, and management. The authors have participated in designing, teaching, and administering online classes from 1995 to the present, and are now engaged in these activities for Park University, which is one of the top three higher education institutions in the United States for online enrollment. Reflection of online class activities in the context of organizational behavior, accompanied with references from current research, bring the benefit of classic structured studies to current approaches for successful online class activities.
