Abstract

Ubiquitous computing, although becoming more prevalent, still has shown little research in specific learning environment design guide development. Online services and free tools are rapidly growing in all sectors of society. A Ubiquitous Learning Environment Design Guide with implications for laptop and handheld technology designs will be discussed. Preservice and inservice teacher designs that primarily utilized Google Documents and Spreadsheets will be presented for review.
