Abstract
This paper describes the development and implementation of 21st Century Skills to bridge the Digital Divide and support teacher education from three perspectives: pre-service teacher education, classroom teacher implementation, and continuing professional development. Technological tools that assist in acquiring and demonstrating 21st Century skills are emphasized. In addition, personal growth and experiences implementing 21st Century elements are discussed.
