This study discussed the essential elements that refer to different learners' learning styles and learning attitude to success in E-learning. Over the last decade, E-learning has continued to grow at a tremendous rate (Tham & Werner, 2005; Roffe, 2002). E-learning's dramatic change in information technology (IT) infrastructure has led to fundamental changes in how educations operate and also brought people flexibility, freedom, and equal rights and opportunity to learn. However, not all students could adapt to virtual learning successfully. Students' learning style will influence learners continue to finish web-based courses. Also recent studies in communication raise questions about the relationship between distance education and students' commitment to complete studies (Lewis, Snow, Farris, Levin, & Greene, 1999), suggesting a higher dropout rate among distance learners than traditional learners (Worley, 2000). This purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of students' successful factors in vocational school systems in Taiwan.
