Abstract

The University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Medicine is a leader among the U.S. medical schools with graduates who choose primary care medicine. The student is required to select a primary area of interest in the fourth year of curriculum. Once the primary area of interest has been selected the student is required to choose five of eight electives from their area of interest. Within the Surgery rotation is the elective of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. The presenters will demonstrate the Blackboard course and discuss the process of course creation. The course is available to all students.
