Abstract
The study described in this paper is a preliminary investigation into the implementation of interactive electronic whiteboard technology in classroom teaching at Gordon Primary School in the Australian Capital Territory. Data about the implementation phase is currently being collected in the form of classroom observations, anonymous student work samples and interviews with teachers. This information provides baseline data that will become the basis for a longitudinal study of this technology innovation. Preliminary findings from the first phase of data collection will be presented at the conference.
