Abstract

Inspectable student models (ISMs) can offer support for student reflection, interactive diagnosis, knowledge awareness, and self, collaborative and negotiated assessment. We present a framework for e-learning environments based on ISMs. This framework integrates the benefits of ISMs in an e-learning platform. The Learning Game, a learning environment based on ISMs, has been developed and used during a study focused on student reflection and student model accuracy. This paper also presents the main results of this study.
