Abstract
The BRIDGE (Building Resources: Induction and Development for Georgia Eduators) is a professional learning community built around peer-reviewed, teacher generated and submitted resources as well as teacher directed learning communities based on the Critical Friends Group Model of professional learning. This poster will highlight critical features of the BRIDGE including design elements, people infrastructure, and support for learning communities. The BRIDGE will also be available live for attendees to view and experience.
