Abstract: This paper will report on the results of the Nevada Pathway Leadership Project. The Pathway Project is a statewide technology professional development project, created as a tandem project to the Pathway to Nevada’s Future. Pathway to Nevada’s Future focused on technology and 21st century pedagogy professional development for Nevada teachers with the goals to change behavior in their classrooms and find technology bundles and professional development for future use. The Pathway Leadership Project sought to change administrator attitudes and behaviors, including policies, regarding technology use in their schools; increase personal and professional technology use by providing administrators with a handheld device (iPod Touch); and help administrators to support their 21st century teachers. Overall, the Pathway Leadership Project was successful in meeting its goals. Final data will be collected and analyzed for the final version of this paper.
