For advocating Taiwan’s national educational policy on e-learning, many colleges and universities in Taiwan made huge efforts on this mission. China Institute of Technology is one of colleges/universities in Taiwan able to conduct e-learning courses successfully. In this case study, the e-learning producing environment and the content of e-learning courses in this college would be introduced. The Taiwan’s instructors' suggestions and students' qualitative feedbacks would be analyzed. This study would suggested on how to proper implementing e-learning courses in Taiwan’s campus, according to educational findings and regarding Taiwan’s current environmental resources.
