Abstract

While many colleges have digitized the classroom, they have not fully digitized the full student experience. The millennial generation has been raised on Amazon, eBay, and MySpace. This is the environment in which they work. To fully digitize the student experience the university must fully integrate student services, records, and student interactions in a way that is both social and digital. In addition, assessment, feedback, and knowledge networks must connect to create a true learning environment.
