While professional development is one of the key components in enhancing K-12 education, instances of its effective planning, administering, facilitating, and assessing remain some of the most discussed issues in the field. During recent years, technology has also been added to the picture. The question constantly asked is: Are there "formulas" out there that work wonders for professional development? Coming from a belief that school leadership could play a significant role, this paper conceptually proposes a case library of best-practices as a solution: The library, available over the Internet, will contain cases of K-12 leadership having successfully impacted professional development activities, and will make an effort categorizing school/regional characteristics, in the hope of bringing the insights and resources to leaders from less effective schools.
